Khemarey Khoeun is currently a Product Integration Specialist at HealthJoy, a healthtech company in Chicago, Illinois. She earned a bachelor’s degree in social work at Loyola University in Chicago and became a youth leader for the Cambodian Association of Illinois, serving one term on the board. She has remained an active member of the Chicago Cambodian community and recently became vice president of the National Cambodian Heritage Museum in Chicago. Most notably, she made history as the first Cambodian-American woman to be elected to public office in the United States.
